To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西環街坊又再一次出動，去咗位於水街嘅周記！周記之前實在火紅，招牌流沙西多，蝦多士都係叫人想一嗌再嗌.. 上星期日家庭聚後就相約朋友終於嚟咗食個下午茶喇~ 門面大大隻字寫住周記 (呢張補影,佢拉緊閘喇已經..)週末時間好多人排隊，有時街坊想食下都怕怕..我同朋友去之前已決定好食咩，就係佢嘅奶黃流沙西多士($33) +蝦多士($40)下午茶餐。由於流沙西多制作需時，蝦多士已率先上場。蝦多士其實我地一開始對佢沒甚期望，點知好意外！好好味呀～多士炸得好脆，蝦肉好飽滿，又好juicy，唯一我覺得不足係太多芝麻喇…蓋晒啲蝦味..不過整髒評分依然係高嘅。好喇，差不多食到一半之際，流沙西多士終於奉上~ 趁佢熱辣辣嘅時候，我地即刻切開，濃濃流沙立即出~ 好似er 康對紫微嘅愛咁~溢出来了~好香蛋黃味，但去到最尾我已覺得太膩了..呢個組合我覺得有點heavy，女仔即使2個share都會飽到不得了…
