To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎開中環，決定要黎試一下呢間流心牛角包！呢條街都要搵下，不過好彩，唔會難到我，因為我係Google小姐😏黎到3點幾，唔使等，就行入黎坐低，睇下餐牌(其實一早已經睇左😝)我一定要試呢度既牛角包，佢唔係一般既流沙牛角包，佢將啲湯收埋喺個牛角包度，你一切開，啲湯會流曬出黎，有幾款口味，其實之前係想試龍蝦湯牛角包，但黎到見到個期間限定牛角包，又係冬蔭功味(賣飛弗)，就決定叫呢個，叫多個龍蝦湯補數，蝦子餅叫左個慢煮羊肉多士，黎多杯富士山下&奶蓋提拉米蘇🤓等左一陣，野食開始上枱富士山下，上枱美感唔夠openrice既相咁靚咁有層次，不過味道可以搭夠，幾好飲，清清地，奶泡加喺飲料上，比起打埋一齊有層次感👍奶蓋提拉米蘇，奶蓋做得唔錯，個底又唔會太甜，濃稠既奶蓋，滿滿既幸福，幾好幾好😬龍蝦湯，我覺得不過不失，係有龍蝦肉既龍蝦湯😬冇乜特別慢煮羊肉多士，肉同多士既比例岩岩好，2個人食分量好岩，因為我整緊牙，我仲怕咬唔到，點知佢好淋，冇牙都食到阿😆點2粒鹽吊返啲味出黎仲正👍冬蔭功牛角包，一切開啲冬蔭功湯就漏出黎，牛角包非常香脆，用包黎點湯超她味，個湯味道唔太濃，唔會蓋過牛角包既香酥味，又係好好味既食物😍😍

富士山下，上枱美感唔夠openrice既相咁靚咁有層次，不過味道可以搭夠，幾好飲，清清地，奶泡加喺飲料上，比起打埋一齊有層次感👍
