To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我今次冧爆咗，情人節到喇，就揀咗千両嘅外賣盛盒，想同另一半溫馨過一晚👩‍❤️‍👨。開盒一刻，個盛盒靚到不得了，兩個人嘅海鮮盛合擺得賞心悅目，觀乎先已經一流。肚仔都開始嗌交咗，刀工精細嘅海膽三文魚仔牛油果沙律呢，湯圓湯圓嘅三文魚籽同牛油果，鮮嫩得嚟牛油果綿滑至極，海膽就鮮味滿分，零舍順滑，幾乎溶係口中！轉頭發現嗰啲刺身嘅海膽，好似話係馬冀來嘅，鮮味濃嘅好過癮，真係幾興奮🤤。個人最愛就係三文魚親子牛油果沙律，那個口感配合得宜，夠晒平衡又唔膩口。最後，唔少得嗰個為情侶度身訂造嘅二人盛，22件逐一細味，個個都精雕細琢，新鮮爽口得黎又好味，分別有軟熟嘅吞拿魚，彈牙嘅鮑魚同埋甜美嘅帶子，噴香嘅炙燒香味都令人回味無窮😍。賞心悅目又美味，真係一個浪漫嘅晚餐選擇！有埋配合嘅乾冰，一路由店舖拎到屋企食，都仲維持得好好，真正方便呀！千両，下次情人節我又會光顧你！
