今天到科學園工作,午餐時間到了,跟著放lunch的人潮找到一間餐廳,「十和田」壽司店。叫了一份「海鮮丼」新鮮肥美,有厚切油甘魚、赤蝦、帆立貝、三文魚籽、吞拿魚蓉、玉子和海膽,滿滿的魚生加上赤醋飯,飽肚,滋味呀!厚切油甘魚肥美,赤蝦大隻肉質鮮彈,吞拿魚腩蓉份量頗多,充滿油脂,海膽有著鮮甜的味道,口感柔滑入口溶化,玉子的質感和味道也不錯。「茶碗蒸」是我喜愛的日式小食,除了滑滑的燉蛋外還有嗚門卷、冬菇和蟹柳,食材混合一起衝擊著味蕾。 「味噌湯」味道有點甘甜,不會太鹹。

「茶碗蒸」是我喜愛的日式小食,除了滑滑的燉蛋外還有嗚門卷、冬菇和蟹柳,食材混合一起衝擊著味蕾。

「味噌湯」味道有點甘甜,不會太鹹。
