To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天放假到附近屯門市廣場搵食😋路過翡翠拉麵小籠包發現平時晚市大排長龍經常等位，下午茶唔使等位，所以入去試一試。蘿蔔絲酥餅有驚喜、擔擔面味道正宗，上海湯年糕抵食。埋單都係$200左右性價比非常高。因今天只是下午茶，沒有點太多食物。眼見亦有很多推廣，好想嘗試。父親節餐牌亦很有特色🥸晚市時段一定會與家人再嘗試其他特色小菜及點心.與職員溝通後，發現可以提早訂坐。即時預訂四位。與家人共度晚餐。相信老一輩的爸爸媽媽一定會很喜歡這樣的菜式。
