之前同朋友黎食飯,覺得呢到既法國菜唔錯,就再次回訪😬食物質素同服務仍然保持水準👍🏼▫️Escargots法式焗田螺 - 鋪滿香草同蒜,聞落好香,田螺彈牙入味,將啲香草同蒜放係麵包上食一樣惹味。▫️Grilled Octopus Tentacles好粗一條魷魚鬚,煎得微脆,咬落有嚼勁,配蕃茄醬酸酸甜甜好夾。▫️Wagyu Beef Rib Eye (300g)叫左三成熟,外面煎得微醺,入面肉汁鎖住,食落好soft,配牛肝菌汁好食。仲有配菜薯條,份量都多架!▫️La Quenelle de Brochet第一次食,愛上了!呢道菜製作過程都幾麻煩,望上去好似餃子或者係蛋包飯咁。魚肉好嫩滑,有種入口即溶既感覺,最鐘意個醬,食落有肉碎同少少鵝肝味!▫️Mille Feuille原來係新甜品,係拿破崙蛋糕,酥皮好鬆化,中間既奶油忌廉好滑,食落唔會好甜👍🏼▫️A bottle of red 每日都有唔同special,星期三係點一個signature main就可以以$150買一枝紅酒,配牛肉一流!枝酒係指定既,但好易入口,質地較薄。呢間餐廳有兩層,樓下有bartender 同朋友飲酒吹水都幾chill。今次我

呢間餐廳有兩層,樓下有bartender 同朋友飲酒吹水都幾chill。今次我地坐樓上,望到廚師烹調,燈光比較昏暗,幾有情調咁😆
店員都係講英文既,點餐個陣你講this this this 都得,佢地都好有禮貌,服務周到。
