To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於有機會拜訪荃灣呢間人氣日本料理 — 「初見」，鍋物同埋石燒吉列牛都係呢到嘅人氣商品，一場來到梗係唔可以錯過呢兩樣美食啦～初見香草吉列牛(配白飯)💰HK$138石燒最大嘅好處就係可以自己控制每一塊肉嘅生熟程度！呢個香草吉列牛份量多，每一塊牛肉質鮮嫩得來又帶有淡淡嘅香草味，唔使特別點醬汁已經品嚐到吉列牛嘅美味啦，旁邊仲有埋溏心蛋添～安格斯牛肉鍋(配白飯)💰HK$88呢個鍋有唔同嘅湯底，今次就食下本身預設咗味增湯湯底啦！鍋嘅配料都好豐富，有菜、菇類、芋絲、蒟蒻等等，另外仲有足足四大片嘅安格斯牛肉，牛肉油脂分布好平均，口感唔會韌，性價比高～
