臨時搜的餐廳,意外發現澳門逸園中心都是日本料理店,下次可以多來試試。 餐廳不大,中間有Hamayaki的料理台,現點現做。食物整體味道在線,但並不突出。性價比還可以。  入座後【贈送】小份蔬菜搭配鯷魚醬,味道非常濃郁,有一絲絲偏咸,但非常好吃!我可以單獨再叫一大份。【Crab shell with Miso 味增蟹甲羅燒】,搭配海膽和魚籽,隨餅乾一起吃,分量很足。【Clams steamed in sake hamayaki 清酒煮蜆】 這道看似波瀾不驚,但味道很好吃,最後湯都喝掉了。【Steamed egg custard with seafood 海鮮蒸蛋】,我見過用料最足的蒸蛋了,一大碗,裡面都是看得見的海鮮。【Sukiyaki assorted mushroom & black truffle with butter 鋤燒黑松露牛油雜菌】,黑松露加黃油,味道肯定沒話說,賣相是差了一點點,另外金針菇的比例太多。 【King crab hands hamayaki 雪場蟹鉗】 算是硬菜,製作了很久才上來,並沒有想象的好吃,第一分量不夠,第二感覺肉質偏老,算是唯一一道性價比一般的菜。
