To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然日本築地市場早幾年已經拆左，不過想食日本菜，其實銅鑼灣都有「築地」既～石燒鰻魚炒飯$95鰻魚粒粉量比得好足，炒飯飯底好足，兩個人都夠食，而且醬油味都出眾，令地成個飯變得好色香味俱全牛肉野菜壽喜燒$88食日本野，我一定會點至愛既壽喜燒，貪佢有菜有肉食仲有湯飲😁牛肉份量多幾香牛肉味，湯底味道又調得岩岩好，野菜方面全部索哂湯，勁正～炸墨魚咀$50賣相相當一流，外層金黃口感香脆，入邊個質感超彈牙，食落超過癮啊～
