呢幾年非常之流行嘅花膠雞湯底,喺唔同嘅餐廳都有唔同嘅味道同煮法,有啲餐廳會用麵、有啲餐廳會用飯、有啲餐廳會落藥材、有啲餐廳會煮得比較清淡。

至於東道煮,佢就用米線或者湯飯。米線的確冇乜特別,但係佢嘅其他用料,都冇一樣嘢係唔值得稱讚嘅。首先講吓主角花膠,煮得軟腍入味,用嘅雖然唔係十分之貴嘅花膠,但係都絕對唔係啲煮極都唔腍嘅平嘢。

大配角可以選擇雞或者豚肉,朋友揀咗豚肉,味道都唔錯。我揀咗雞,覺得係明智嘅選擇,因為雞肉嫩滑,完全唔會鞋口。

龍眼肉同埋紅棗都係客串,但係亦絕不馬虎。另外一個客串精選係杞子,用料非常上承,又大粒又飽滿又甜,雖然未至於妹仔大過主人婆,但絕對令一碗好食嘅花膠雞米線錦上添花。
