To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋至遠方來，因為，落腳酒店鄰近森美，決定与他們懷舊一番...入到店內，似走入時光隧道，回到70年代末，裝潢很舊，很雜亂，舊得似乎有點過份...羅宋湯，料多，西芹，青椒，紅椒，紅蘿蔔，揶菜，洋蔥，很夠酸，很夠辣，好飲麵包，是傳統的餐包仔，bake 熱左，邊脆脆，好吃，不過，上抬時遅了，不能，與湯同步...鑊仔牛柳，鉄板上，（好耐無食過鉄板的食物喇），芝芝聲，好有氣氛，牛柳要medium rare ，鉄板烤熟了小小，剛剛好，牛柳肉無鞋口，無靱，無鬆肉粉味，有三片，全部合格，好吃，果然，係五十年名菜咖哩牛腩煲，大份量，咖哩味道調得香，牛腩有咬口森美汁牛扒，朋友要well done，汁好好味，牛扒全熟，靱，難chew !!比較精彩，焗雪山，外觀ok，做得尚算傳統，旦白軽柔，生果夠，雪糕夠凍，一口吃下去，又熱又凍，口感好縂括，是不錯的一餐，希望，餐廳可以維持

比較精彩，焗雪山，外觀ok，做得尚算傳統，旦白軽柔，生果夠，雪糕夠凍，一口吃下去，又熱又凍，口感好

縂括，是不錯的一餐，希望，餐廳可以維持
