To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚加班放工去左華星冰室. 一坐低, 侍應阿哥已經行過黎落單~好! 點了一個常餐. 有叉燒湯意, 火腿炒蛋配多士, 同飲左杯奶水蛋. 叉燒湯意 --- 個湯底唔錯, 唔會油淋淋, 意粉夠爽夠彈牙, 但叉燒唔算好搶眼. 火腿炒蛋配多士 --- 個炒蛋夠哂半生熟, 濃蛋味, 但叉燒湯意先來, 食左一半先食個炒蛋,個蛋已經凍哂…個多士唔加糖就咁食都唔錯(本人慣左食多士加糖). 杯奶水蛋最得歡心, 好好味!!因為真係唔係好多地方有得飲~仲要係奶水, 之前只飲過滾水蛋. 今餐結論係快! 靚! 正!
