薔紅我經常嗌嗌下就叫佢玫瑰餐廳,因為全間餐廳既牆紙都係大紅玫瑰。薔紅十分旺場,中午食飯等十幾位係好正常,不過由於地方大又有澳牛光速上餐既速度,轉流快,位就唔驚冇。餐牌真係咩都有,中式蒸飯到法包都有。不過識食一定係食佢既鐵板餐 或者燒春雞。鐵板餐一大塊雞/牛/豬扒上菜,肉夠份量又夠嫩口,食落啖啖肉又唔會難食,附近真係得佢獨家供應燒春雞又係一個招牌,佢既做法係中式乳鴿做法,皮係脆皮,佐醬係甜酸醬同華鹽一上就半隻春雞,有翼有脾有雞胸,各個部位都食到,煮得夠腍身,雞又多油份,配一碗白飯就岩哂。真係食過番尋味餐廳有手套提供,食呢d真係落手撕,大啖咬先最滋味。
