尋晚同幾位朋友去咗試一間位於觀塘「山姆大叔廚房」樓上私房菜,地點比較穩閉,但地方好大,枱與枱之間唔會好近好迫。開業至今只有4個月。上到去門口位置放咗好多咖啡機&咖啡&酒...,原來老闆係咖啡師。我好鐘意個磨菇清湯,話就話清湯仲以為好清,一飲之下有股濃郁菇菇味,正!48°C低溫三文魚好嫩滑,仲要放到好似游緊水0既魚咁樣。西冷唔鞋口有牛味,碟碟攞出黎個擺置都好靚,老闆每道菜都會講解食物來源和煮法。食物都好好味,我地連伴菜都食埋,甜品仲係我至愛0既焦糖燉蛋,但用牛肝菌0既焦糖燉蛋都係第一次食咋,味道都好特別,不過稀咗啲。之後仲有十幾類咖啡和花果茶葉,咖啡仲係老闆親手沖,可選手沖、虹吸、機沖。真係喜出望外地好食,價錢唔使$300蚊就食到,因為有折呀!仲即時Whatsapp咗比其他朋友,約佢地下次再黎 。巴馬火腿沙律磨菇清湯配黑松露48°C低溫三文魚燒美國天然極黑安格斯西冷牛肝菌焦糖燉蛋
