To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日中午路過灣仔, 決定試一試這新聞名已久的冰室。冰室內環境走傳統格調, 是一般香港茶餐廳的感覺。 座位空間相對狹窄, 但亦無阻一眾食客享受餐廳美食。餐廳的招牌菜是人所共知的日本叉燒炒滑蛋飯, 幾乎附近每一台都會點這個菜式,我亦不例外。這裏的蛋 據店家所說是來自日本的, 因此找出來的滑蛋別具一番風味, 搭配著叉燒, 賣相華麗, 香味撲鼻, 入口亦有一種難以形容的衝擊感。 食完至可以說一句, 招牌菜果然非同凡響。這個飯的價錢只需要50多元港幣, 性價比可說是很高。
