19年被國際旅遊網站Big 7 Travel選為香港最好吃漢堡包店 Top 1的Burger Joys在中環開了分店都一直未去開,還是慣性地走到西環分店。今日襯大年初一,不想再吃蘿蔔糕的我們就專程走到中環的分店joy一joy!我們點了鎮店之賽《Signature Double Cheese Burger $139》!漢堡用USDA 美國安格斯牛肉製成,而且特別以紅酒和牛油烹製,有點微微咸香,又多肉汁和有肉香!再加上寇比芝士及車打芝士,最重要是他的麵包,煎過有陣牛油香,更是由米芝蓮得獎主廚Michael Gillet提供特別配方給Burger Joys而成。Combe就是可加$41 配可樂和薯條,而我就再加$11 將薯條轉了甜薯條~枱上放有多種醬汁,加茄汁和黃芥末落甜薯上的確好味!《Crispy Garlic Wings 6pcs $59》用上大雞翼!肉厚又嫩,有6隻之多。雞皮炸得香口有口感,蒜香很惹味!逢星期四 17:00 後還有$3雞翼!
