To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又一個朋友的聚會,另一個星期六晚上。同樣的朋友圈,不同的話題及不同的餐廳。我們今晚選了潮州酒家,由打電話預約開始,員工很有禮貌,感覺不錯。我們一入座,周圍客人不太多,6:30pm 時間尙早吧。點了鵝片,鵝肝,炒鴿崧,芋蓉帶子卷,兩面黃,水瓜烙,綠豆白果爽及馬蹄爽。鵝肝十分正,甘香可口。帶子卷外層十分鬆脆,水瓜烙尤其出色....未吃過這麼好吃的水瓜烙。兩面黃比較油膩,但是配上糖醋味道比較平衡。鵝片比較硬,炒鴿崧未見出色,可能不是我杯茶吧。單尾甜品,白果爽能夠突出白果的味道。只是可惜吃不到反沙芋,侍應姐姐貼心地提醒,下次可以早叫後上。這小小的遺憾反成為下次重臨的契機。時間過得很快,客満時亦不見混亂。侍應們工作有條不紊,可以感受到管理的能力及員工的努力。相對於收費相若宜品質參差的食肆,相信食客們都有一雙雪亮的眼睛。😋
