To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境：已漸見殘跡，餐桌，廁所可以略見一二味道 ：有期望有失望，未至於難吃，但絕對稱不上好味，上菜不是全熱的，那個焦糖布甸，質地「實而不滑」，與在便利店買的相比，實在相差太遠份量 ：別被相片誤導，填不飽肚。尤其那個魚麵，真的可以用條數計算。花膠扒，吃完真的不覺自己吃過的原來是花膠扒服務態度：唉，真的不值一提，店員不專業，以卡支付，要求簽單，卻反問客人有沒有筆。價錢 ：三人用餐，每人$430 （688 買一送一，第三位六折412）總括而言，後悔一試。
