To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟男朋友來飲茶🫖直接點了個點心拼盤一次性可以嘗試不同的點心!傳統蝦餃皮薄餡足,蝦肉鮮嫩。墨魚燒賣的咸蛋黃心很誘人,墨魚肉Q彈。松露野菌晶瑩餃充滿香菌的味道,口感爽脆。蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃表面的三文魚籽感覺好像吃在壽司,口感還挺特別的,魚籽跟蝦餃還蠻搭。酸菜魚鳳眼餃,魚肉酸酸辣辣的。脆脆富貴紅米腸粉,蝦肉很多,蘸上花生醬很不錯。流沙包也是飲茶必點的!金黃的流沙奶黃咸蛋餡,香甜順滑。豌豆包第一次吃,壽桃包的外型,好可愛,吃完不會覺得膩~
