高街有好多小本經營的西餐廳,我和老公特登行上去搵食!見老闆在門口誠意推介two courses dinner, 我們入去試了冷氣,就坐底了!見開酒都只是$140,就開了支白酒!以為好雞勒,但卻不是,half sweet, half dry, from C朗國2013!蟹肉牛油果salad....菜新鮮,蟹肉好味,牛油果不是太肥美,但也好,不會太肥!原條烤sea bass ...以為會好鞋,但肉卻是很滑!可惜港燦的我兩不是太慣,相公仲話有甜豉油就perfect!到了甜品,那Pavlova一上枱,我兩以為會好甜好漏,但吃了一口就不得了...杏仁餅底入口即溶,白色的cream有三四個層次:cotted cream, mashmellow texture cream, icing sugaring cream topping...咩事吖!!好多cream, 但一點也不漏!上面親了strawberry slices, blueberries and passion fruit seeds...甜酸度親得剛剛好!我兩只用了5mins 就爭食曬件嘢!之前在西點店Sift 初嘗此甜品...驚為天人!今
