To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中午1:30pm左右首次光顧,見全篇幅的餐牌介紹厚切豬扒系列,點了一份厚切豬扒 伴三眼煎蛋飯(這款還有雙拇指及No.1獎牌,如圖),發現豬扒完全沒有厚切的感覺(如圖),而且豬扒太乾及硬,於是找了一位店員問他:’這真的是餐牌推的厚切豬扒嗎?‘ 店員很有禮貎地回覆:’可能廚房出品有點差異‘,我再問他是否覺得這是厚切,感覺他也有點不好意思,他回答:不算是。其後店員很有誠意地說給我多做一塊,但本人對於廚部被要求重做的食物實在不敢恭維,而且對於那附有雙拇指和奬牌的圖示感覺被誤導,幸好這還是第一次、亦是最後一次光顧。😔
