To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很一般的餐食 很垃圾的服务质量

餐食中规中矩一般般，从一进牡丹轩门口女接待接应入座到吃完走人 过程中服务人员不知帮客人更换堆满食物残渣的餐盘，中途叫服务人员全部都很忙的样子 无视你的calling。有一个个子不高棕色头发卷毛戴眼镜的男服务人员更是无视客人的calling，跟他讲帮换一下餐盘，他走来走去装作很忙的样子就是不帮客人更换。就这样的服务质量牡丹轩还好意思收服务费？我请问凭什么呀。最后帮我们结账的那位瘦高黑框眼镜男看出我们对服务的不满 帮我们免除了服务费。就这么垃圾的餐厅服务绝不对不会再去第二次！
