路過見佢職員制服大大隻字寫蟹粉小籠包,心唸呢個應該係招牌菜,之後入去叫咗幾樣嘢食,結果如下,蟹粉小籠包完全無蟹粉,高湯小籠包即係一般酒樓食到嘅小籠包,個皮完全唔得,又厚又硬,𥚃面d肉粉多過肉。我見佢𥚃面一箱箱,d食材應該係囉貨返黎,唔係自己整。我忍唔住問下個職員蟹粉小籠包係咪佢地招牌嘢,順手睇下會唔會有機會攪錯咗,佢話係招牌菜,我話完全無蟹粉喎,佢話包子上面有蟹子,我話咁應該叫蟹子小籠包囉,佢話會同老闆反應下就行開咗。我亦唔係想為難佢,所以我無再講嘢了。如果呢個quality價錢係一半我會接受,但呢個價做d咁差嘅質量就完全唔掂
