To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食過佢地嘅口水雞，非常有質素，第二次嚟要再點！佢嗰種麻味同辣味好balanced，有種獨特嘅香，食完亦都唔會好口乾。It’s one of the best I’ve had！唯一希望係可以份量大啲，多啲雞肉點個汁 😋Menu選擇頗多，特別係不同湯麵類（有辣有唔辣），so far 食過四川擔擔麵同雞絲奶湯麵，兩樣都唔錯。地方雖然淺窄但都坐得OK，上菜快，員工嘅服務態度好好，不時幫你添茶。係銅鑼灣區值得幫襯嘅小店
