To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運點心呢間店名成日都响我生活裡出現,啲朋友成日都話好正,所謂平、靚、正點心專門店,旺角價錢食到頂級超水準點心。可惜,次次行過都有一大堆人翁住間小小店舖的入口,我真係提唔起勁去拎張飛去排超過一粒鐘以上食頂級水準的點心,因為我估排到我以經火上心頭,到時我真係吃龍肉都唔會覺得係咩一回事。有日同朋友講起佢去過深水埗間店唔洗排好耐,咁我就有才才心郁郁想去試吓咁啦!原來呢間水埗店真係唔洗點排喎,一陣間就入左去座低左,坦白講就真係唔係太好坐,但係為左比深水埗會錢食中環頂級嘢就張就吓唔同佢計較啦!哈哈!我哋叫左叉燒腸、蝦餃、酥皮焗叉燒包、鳯爪排骨蒸飯同埋蝦滑釀西蘭花,本想叫埋個古法糯米雞但怕太飽所以今次未能試喇,先講個酥皮焗叉燒包,眼見每一枱都有叫,看落平平每奇的但食落又真係會令你『嘩』一聲的叫左出黎,好味!真係好好味!脆脆的外層加上內裡的叉燒同醬汁配合得好好,三個一碟我就食左兩個,叉燒腸個皮好薄好滑,蝦餃啲蝦真係好爽好鮮味,鳯爪排骨蒸飯呢都好,啲飯蒸到啱啱好,又唔會太多豉油,排骨又唔會得個淋字,保存到本身的肉質但鳯爪就小左啲啲……呵呵!今日唯獨是個蝦滑釀西蘭就差左少少,西蘭花蒸得太耐了,呢個要改
