一直都很想試,今日終於第一次去,因為airside 9:00後還可入座的選擇不多試了紅顏花膠雞鍋,一個湯底$198,非常杰身,不是花膠的黏口,而是生粉的糊口,只有數條竹笙及手指尾般的花膠幾粒,湯內有比譚仔還小及碎的雞肉碎,指甲大的鮑魚。因為湯底的味道不是太突出,又不是養生style,就放了一個龍蝦頭落去滾湯,待應來說要加湯,否則會燶底,但龍蝦頭是生的,而且我在還喝湯,加水不是會影響嗎?之後又說,其實龍蝦頭可以幫我哋開邊,上枱的時候也沒有說。(雖然滾熟後也有幫我們拿回廚房開邊)飛魚子墨魚滑好像有芝士在內?不好吃。半生烏冬亦太生,侍應說,因為我們是花膠湯底,特別難熟,需要的時間長,因為好像吃粉似的,試了幾條也沒有再吃。鵝腸是比較好的,比龍蝦好吃。幸好沒有叫和牛,湯底使人胃口全沒。在我用手開龍蝦殼的時候,侍應又過來叫我埋單,莫名奇妙,催也有一個限度,看看時機吧 ! 總括是極差,除了窗邊位好坐外,食物難食,服務遲鈍,價錢不值,湊湊已列入黑名單內。
