To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年初三午餐,想飲茶又想有少少特色,最後揀咗潮州菜,預早訂左枱,到時等咗5分鐘就有得入座,不過新年實在太多人,全場座無虛席,比較嘈吵食潮州菜唔少得要叫煎蠔餅,蠔餅煎得香脆,蠔肉份量適中呢個係脆炸韭菜餅,外邊炸粉較厚,內裏是狗菜混合粉漿,如果粉漿可以做得質地比較煙靭就較好蝦餃係我每次飲茶都必叫嘅菜式,呢度嘅蝦餃雖然唔算好大粒,但係餡料爽脆新鮮呢碟腸粉包海鮮卷非常出色,並唔係普通嘅腸粉包春卷,而係腸粉外皮包住一層脆脆炸粉再有一層紫菜,裏面就係蝦肉,加咗紫菜,大大增加咗呢碟脆脆腸粉嘅特色👍🏻👍🏻叫咗一碟炒銀針粉,味道正常,不過比較油膩水晶包亦係潮州菜必點嘅點心,因為我唔鍾意食蓮蓉嘅關係,我揀咗豆沙餡,外層嘅皮非常煙靭,豆沙餡唔會太甜芒果炸蝦球都好出色,蝦球大粒到要切開食,芒果汁味道都唔錯👍🏻
