To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友一早訂左這裡的雞燉翅,所以一到就有位!我們一行5人點了豉椒炒蜆, 炒菜,帶子蒸豆腐, 椒鹽鮮魷和雞燉翅 !雞燉翅真的比我想像中好, 足料有翅又有雞,不過有點兒過咸!豉椒炒蜆夠鍋氣又入味,但殼太多!炒菜鍋氣足但份量少!帶子蒸豆腐的帶子小, 不過豆腐滑!椒鹽鮮魷夠香口, 而且條條金黃色的真的不錯!
