To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期至嚟完晚飯,今日又嚟個午餐,今個round同我兩位至愛⋯⋯老公同老豆嚟,佢平日個set lunch有semi buffet ,都唔錯,但同老人家嚟就變相唔抵食,所以今次叫左我哋上星期無叫嘅德國咸豬手,唔知係唔係耐無食,好似大隻左,肉厚皮脆,個配菜薯角都恰到好處;爸爸喜歡碟蒜子炒意粉,話佢夠香;今次對我嚟講試左新嘢,就係鴨腿薯餅紅椰菜,鴨腿焗到皮脆肉嫩,成碟好似細版德國咸豬手feel,係個薯角變左薯餅,而個薯餅煎到一切就散及油左D,而個酸菜由白變紅但想一提係佢個梨醬,食得出新鮮自製,淨食清一清油膩感
