上星期至嚟完晚飯,今日又嚟個午餐,今個round同我兩位至愛⋯⋯老公同老豆嚟,佢平日個set lunch有semi buffet ,都唔錯,但同老人家嚟就變相唔抵食,所以今次叫左我哋上星期無叫嘅德國咸豬手,唔知係唔係耐無食,好似大隻左,肉厚皮脆,個配菜薯角都恰到好處;爸爸喜歡碟蒜子炒意粉,話佢夠香;今次對我嚟講試左新嘢,就係鴨腿薯餅紅椰菜,鴨腿焗到皮脆肉嫩,成碟好似細版德國咸豬手feel,係個薯角變左薯餅,而個薯餅煎到一切就散及油左D,而個酸菜由白變紅但想一提係佢個梨醬,食得出新鮮自製,淨食清一清油膩感
