滿懷希望放工趕去食,點知去到7:30pm左右,被通知所有魚腩,魚餃已賣晒

唯有食翻平淡既牛筋牛腩,同豬軟骨,跟魚湯,加$3試吓醉鮮麵...
首先講魚湯,一啲魚味都無,好似水一般清淡,麵質係少少透明好似檬粉咁但又好似米粉咁,口感同米粉無乜分別而且係無味,唔知食緊乜

不過勝在夠大碗。
再講下牛腩牛筋,牛腩有d韌有d鞋口又太大舊,牛筋正常淋,較牛腩入味,正常柱侯咁既味道。
豬軟骨係我第一次見係橙色

汁味道好奇怪,唔似茄汁

唔知係乜汁煮,汁味道好奇怪,豬軟骨肉係夠淋,但心諗其實用翻煮牛腩個汁咪好囉

個汁我唔太like

勉強食咗一半都唔想食落去

呢餐真係唔知點形容

可能係我唔識欣賞
