To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). 「添好運」愈開愈多,由旺角的陋巷、深水埗的茶居、以至中環高貴地段 IFC,分店開完一間又一間,但屈指一數,筆者還只是來幫襯過一次咁大把,點解咁少? 熟識本人性格的都應該知道,筆者天生懶惰成性,縱然嗜吃如命,但要排隊就免問。就算平日外出用膳,筆者也總愛找非繁忙時段才來光顧,免卻等位輪候之苦。自從知道「添好運」將進駐北角後,就一直十分雀躍,希望找個機會去重温那個招牌酥皮叉燒包。適逢這天來北角辦點事,做完後,看看腕錶,咦,時間尚早,一於拉埋老公來「添好運」喝茶。座落於北角城市花園毗鄰的「添好運」,佔地約二千呎,店面算大,但門面裝潢欠奉,而且座位十分擠迫,幸好這天雖然客人甚眾,但氣氛依然一派悠然自得,兩口子亦樂於享受着這份悠閒。看看墊檯紙及牆上所介紹的點心,一於從兩樣最受歡迎的點心開始吃起:酥皮焗叉燒包 ($17) 及香滑馬拉糕 ($14)。一碟三個的酥皮焗叉燒包,每個一口大小,活像一個迷你的墨西哥包般。吃上一口,餡料偏少,感覺有點偷工減料,可幸外層的白滑酥皮,香脆酥化,入口不太甜兼帶有牛油香,麵包鬆軟,而稀少的叉燒亦香甜有咬口,難怪一直被譽為是城中數一數二之作。至於端上來時,還是新鮮熱辣的

至於端上來時,還是新鮮熱辣的香滑馬拉糕,質感鬆軟、甜度適中,鬆化得來又有彈性,入口還傳出陣陣濃郁的蛋香,水準確是不俗,不過如果製作中可以加進黑糖,相信會叫人吃得更為愜意。

原本想替老公點他平日至愛的紅油抄手,點知上大人這天要吃豬肚雞球燒賣 ($20),好,又即管試試。豬肚入口腍滑又鮮味,大大塊鋪在以半肥瘦豬肉打成的肉餡上,而雞球嫩滑之餘亦有嚼勁,整體爽口又不肥膩,比一般燒賣更有口感,唔錯。

又點來了另一味老公至愛之物,煎釀虎皮尖椒 ($16)。其實吃這些長形青牛角椒有時好像玩俄羅斯輪盤般,因並非每一條都辣,又不是每一條都淡口,不過這裡大大隻、翠綠飽滿的尖椒,竟然隻隻都辣味温和,而釀上新鮮的鯪魚肉後,入口爽脆鮮味又彈牙,食味都算唔錯。

煎臘味蘿蔔糕 ($12) 用料甚足,據說賣的是師傅獨門手藝,蘿蔔全以人手粗切,所以保存水份較佳,而且咬落更有口感。另外,粉漿由兩份粘米粉,一份馬蹄粉混合而成,令其口感幼滑。嚐了一件,蘿蔔味香濃,咬落有條條蘿蔔絲,煎得外香內軟,且質感軟熟不糊口,只是稍嫌略為粉身,但食味不俗。

古法糯米雞 ($25) 一端上桌就聞到荷葉的清香,而且份量之大,足夠兩人分享。揭開荷葉,再翻開熱氣騰騰、醬油色澤的糯米,內裡放滿了雞胸肉、雞腿塊及少量香菇,飯粒軟爛得來入口更煙韌有至、雞肉入味,吃起來還帶點彈性,鹹味中又帶點甜,味道對辦。

「添好運」現時已是無人不識的街坊名店,加上平民售價,難怪捧場客絡繹不絕,只要點心繼續保持水準,相信向來怕排隊的我,還是樂意再來光顧的。
