To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實佢就好似一碗淡味啲嘅豆漿😌 腐竹已經被煲溶曬,入口順滑😋 仲有加左已經煮淋左嘅薏米所以有啲嘢咬下,令到呢碗糖水無咁單一👍🏼 腐竹同埋薏米有清熱祛濕嘅功效,啱晒呢個天氣去食😍
It tastes like a watered down version of soy milk, with melted yuba incorporated. There were also heaps of barley sank into the bottom of the bowl, which have been boiled to the point where they got super chewy. This gave the dish a rich texture. The ingredients are known for clearing heat, perfect for the summer!
