To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家人今晚選擇到新都會廣場北京樓晚飯，作為某消費獎賞app會員，特意選了某消費獎賞app會員尊享的《北京填鴨 4 人套餐》，七點十分左右我們完成點餐，接下來的情景讓人瞠目結舌。上菜速度快得離譜，比快餐店還迅猛，眨眼間菜就像潮水般湧來。向部長反映後，情況竟毫無改觀，依舊毫無節奏地急著上菜，桌面瞬間被塞得滿滿當當，餐具都擺放不齊，狼藉一片。又不是趕收工，真係好不知所謂。而且各樣菜式味道麻麻，海參花膠海皇羹沒有味道，北京填鴨簡直超級失望，打住北京樓，應該北京填鴨係主打菜，竟然超級‘’鞋‘超級乾，連普通酒樓的基本水準也達不到，只是想同部長反映食物問題，但對方態度惡劣，對美心集團這次是徹底失望了，一家人想開開心心，坐得舒服食餐飯，估唔到差過茶餐廳，一定一定不會再來。
