住觀塘嘅朋友同我講觀塘好多工廈餐廳,今日收工佢帶咗我一間叫 Non kitchen 嘅西餐廳。餐廳佈置得幾有風格,有唔少燈飾掛燈佈置。頭盤嘅餐包好香脆,配上黑松露牛油又香又滑。炸芝士條($88)芝士條炸到外面脆,裏面軟,吃起來會保持芝士的韌度,味道適中,不會太咸太淡。但要趁熱食,芝士凍左會變硬,影響口感。特級肉眼牛排($358)牛排五成熟,食落唔會俗!牛排煎得恰到好處,外表香脆,內裏呈粉血色,食落仲有少少牛嘅血鮮味。肉味亦都足夠,入口感覺好軟熟,亦都唔會痴牙!牛肝菌蛋闊面($138)牛肝菌帶有淡淡嘅木香味,蛋闊面質偏硬同煙韌,而且好有蛋味。而且廚師落左好多蒜去煮,令味道更豐富,落埋芝士粉將牛肝菌嘅味道充份帶出。鐘意打桌球嘅朋友都可以上去邊食邊飲邊打桌球,位置都幾寬敞。

牛肝菌帶有淡淡嘅木香味,蛋闊面質偏硬同煙韌,而且好有蛋味。而且廚師落左好多蒜去煮,令味道更豐富,落埋芝士粉將牛肝菌嘅味道充份帶出。
