To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. lunch time繼續揾好野食, 畢竟是一日工作中爲自己打打氣的break. 餐廳提供lunch set, 有好多唔同的選擇, 我就order左安格斯牛鐵板燒lunch set, 套餐包三款刺身, 味噌湯, 小菜同一碗白飯. 主角安格斯牛, 有小小失望, 應該過熟,有小小老, 咬落去好費力, 雖然好多舊肉, 但食得好辛苦. 伴碟的芽菜俾得好慷慨, 同埋吸收了牛肉汁的精華, 所以特別好味. 刺身: 中規中矩, 正正常常. 整體我覺得麻麻地, 但友人説佢個lunch set ok, 俾多次個機會, 或許下次試下其他set.
