To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 住係附近,呢頭D野食就有食過,食評就未打過一篇.難得今日放假又無野,咪試開番個黎講下感想!黎呢間野食都係同屋企人黎食,貪就腳又近!!上星期5個日晏周黎食,門口有1炸人等緊,等左約莫10分鍾左右就入得去.同屋企人一行3人坐低,阿媽負責洗乾淨D瓷匙快子,我就負責點野食.見到種類咁多都唔知點簡,咁就唯有點番我平時食開個D啦!!因為個陣得3個人食,又未算係好肚餓,所以點左幾樣野!酥皮叉燒包~阿媽話要食,好耐無食過咁話咼!!仲有就係點到牛肉丸、燒賣、腸粉、白灼生菜等等.食落D野食唔會話好特別,味道普通囉,好似個燒賣咁,我就嚴佢D肥糕太多啦!!!而且腸粉皮又太粉,最好味都係個個酥皮叉燒包姐,夠香!不過整體黎講野食一般啦.
