Restaurant: Hong Kong Old Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天在尖沙咀做事,朋友介紹了一家叫做香港老飯店,是飲茶的地方。朋友介紹了,他常常吃的幾道不錯的菜色。醉豬手:豬手處理得非常Q彈,淡淡香的酒香。生煎包:我很確定他那個生煎包的外皮是手工做的非常的有彈性,每一口都是功夫,再加上裡面的肉汁爆開,好香,生煎包的皮煎到恰到好處。合桃燻蛋:核桃果上薄薄的蜜汁非常的酥脆,蛋燻的非常的香。夫妻肺片:滷得非常的入味,切得薄薄的很香口擔擔麵:我喜歡他們的麵條非常的有彈性,我很確定他是手工,湯頭調配的非常好。值得推薦的一家,因為在尖沙咀可以找到一個那麼吃素好的飲茶地方實在是很難得,可惜位子偏僻了一點。
