To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前同個朋友一路都話想食呢間新派粵菜，都唔知點解次次約好晒，但最後都無來到。今次就嚟聖誕啦，咁一個小小願望都要真正實現㗎，就係來完成呢個好耐嘅計劃。i“芥蘭炒臘味”比想像中大份，臘味有膶腸，有臘腸同埋臘肉，芥蘭一路keep到青青脆脆，而膶腸就最最好食，唔會太油，食落鮮美甘香😋😋“酸菜原條沙巴龍躉”，大約1斤的龍躉做酸菜魚好少見，平時食開酸菜魚都係鱷魚、桂魚片居多，今次成條龍躉真係好驚喜，肉係非常之嫩滑，仲有驚喜係個價錢，98蚊一份，晚市先有供應㗎；另一好味之選係“豉汁带子蒸豆腐”，豆腐好滑，入口即溶，带子亦好鮮甜👍👍
