今日約住逸東邨嘅朋友食飯,平時都係佢哋就我哋出九龍食,今日我哋一於入去東涌搵佢食飯。

佢提議左我哋嚟炒餸食飯,一入到去見到師公原隻乳豬燒緊,第一感覺都覺得呢間餐廳應該幾誠意,但由於朋友唔係好食燒豬,所以我哋就冇叫到。

夏日熱辣辣,一坐低梗係要嗌返枝啤酒gur一gur, 值得一讚嘅係呢度嘅啤酒真係超級冰凍,夏天過嚟飲番杯,炒個餸食個飯真係一流。

一嚟到我哋嗌咗隻燒鵝例牌,一上枱見到隻燒鵝就知有板有眼,皮脆肉嫩得嚟,又唔會好似一般燒鵝好多肥膏,肥瘦啱啱好,燒鵝皮又脆,值得一試。

另外因為我好鍾意食雞,所以叫咗半隻霸王雞,一嚟到都見到份量十足,雞肉食得出有雞味,唔會好似啲雪藏雞食到一陣雪味,雞整體上都好食。


飲得啤酒,梗係要食啲餸酒小菜,黃金蝦就唔話得。好重鹹蛋嘅香味,蝦殼炸到到脆卜卜,我自己就連殼一齊食埋,黃金蝦大大隻,肉質又夠爽脆,呢個下次嚟一定係必點!

另外仲有一個鹹魚煎肉餅,一攞上嚟熱辣辣出晒煙,煎到好香脆,每一啖肉餅都食到又咸又香嘅肉餅味,肉質又彈牙,食得出唔會落咗好多份,又係送酒一流嘅小菜。

食咗咁多肉,梗係要炒番兩個青菜。朋友好鍾意食尖椒,所以嗌咗個豉椒虎皮尖椒,我自己就唔係話好鍾意食尖椒,但個豉椒味好香,朋友話尖椒好脆好爽甜,調味亦都好惹味,而我就比較欣賞肉燥炒唐生菜,肉燥有啲似一般平時台灣嘢嘅肉燥飯果種肉燥,送飯真係一流。

整體嚟講,小菜夠晒鑊氣,每一點都熱辣辣送上枱,絕對係有下次嘅餐廳!
