不能去欧洲就在本地觅食之:L’envol @ St regis. 主厨Oliver Elzer 曾在Seasons by Olivier E and L’Atelier de Joel Robucho。这次被st regis 高调聘请主刀现代法国菜是要给食客一种“起飞”的体验。从极高的吊顶设计,温和灯光配合丝绸质地的墙,餐厅整体浸润着浓浓的艺术气息。5 courses 已经非常够了,加上酒中大姐头入局,主厨亲自出来加了两道菜给我们。(是看到我们的身形觉得吃不饱么)。整个餐单食材新鲜,火候到位,搭配的配菜和口味很符合夏天的清爽主题。美人,美酒,佳肴,还真的能让人忘记尘世喧嚣。還需要讚一下酒單,小眾,rare ,主廚非常有眼光和品味。價格也公道!
