To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 已有一段日子沒來過, 但仍記得上次食過的蟹膏蟹肉大蘑菇意大利飯真係美味, 所以今次約朋友來尋回味。店面坐位不多, 如五、六、日食晚飯, 最好預先訂位。我們7:00來到客人還很小, 小店感到很舒適。我們先看看餐牌似乎沒太改動, 先點了蟹膏蟹肉大蘑菇意大利飯($108)主食+$20包湯和飲品, 其次叫了吊燒脆皮春雞($118)。先上來的海鮮忌廉餐湯, 雖然是餐但好足料, 仲有小粒帶子, 真係驚喜。吊燒脆皮春雞, 賣相好靚, 外皮亦好脆、不過肉有D乾和味淡, 點埋佢的醬汁就啱啱好。再後上蟹膏蟹肉大蘑菇意大利飯, 大蘑菇載滿芝士yummy, 每啖飯都帶有蟹膏蟹肉的香味, 依然保持過往水準, 好滿足。最後叫埋餐飲, 再跟朋友閒聊一陣走啦, 完滿的尋回味之旅!
