

聽職員講佢哋佢哋老闆做海鮮生意超過40年,入貨的海鮮新鮮又有保障。一開波就俾咗炮製得好入味嘅冬菇同埋鮑魚。食住店家秘製原隻南非鮑魚,開始蒸海鮮嘅戲肉。喺等待食蒸海鮮嘅時候都有美食落口。



加拿大野生海虎蝦,紐西蘭刀貝蚌,都係鮮甜滋味到不用點任何醬油!我最鍾意食蟹皇大元貝,濃郁嘅蟹黃加上鮮甜嘅元貝真係淡淡滋味!





菲律賓蟹肉都係好鮮甜,唔需要任何醬料,最後蒸海鮮煮成嘅粥底吸收晒所有精華,店員加上菜譜同蔥花,即使係食得好飽,亦都忍唔住要添多碗嚟食,最後甜品仲有椰汁燉雪燕,真係又滿足又好味嘅海鮮盛宴!


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
