To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與家人慶祝生日，偶然發現這間小菜館。門口沒有排隊的蹤影，但剛進入小菜館，便發現人山人海，坐無虛席。我們等了約5分鐘，剛好有枱，職員告訴我們最好預先訂枱，否則較難安排座位予我們。我們一行六人，點了六道菜，上菜後才發現這裡小菜的份量較大份，而且價錢合理。最後我們還食剩了需要打包回家。推薦這裡的「招牌薯仔蜜糖牛柳粒」，薯仔炒得十分香口美味，感覺有些許像炸薯角，牛柳粒也十分可口。如喜愛炸豬手的朋友，可以試試這裡的炸豬手，個人感覺性價比佳，適合送酒，而且不算貴。
