新年限定宫崎和牛賞味套餐之宮崎和牛肩鐵板燒,幾鐘意宮崎和牛,紅肉同脂肪比例剛好,油味係響度但又唔會話肥到冇哂牛味咁,而且自己動手燒DIY好玩得嚟仲可以自己控制生熟度,個人鐘意食得比較生,最好輕輕燒熟上下表面內裏生生地就最正,隨肉更附有好多調味配料俾你搭住食,令味道變化更大,另外仲有埋杯白飯俾你做和牛丼添,正!前菜係宮崎和牛洋蔥沙律,和牛薄切兼燒至內生外熟,夾埋生洋蔥絲同沙律醋汁食夠開胃,仲有一粒粒迷你疑似花椒刺激味蕾好得意刺身拼盤有赤貝/油甘魚/深海池魚/甜蝦,赤貝夠爽嫩,油甘魚油香濃郁,深海池魚雖然有油甘個油份咁高,但都帶有油香而且仲偏爽口,至於甜蝦就夠哂鮮甜鯛魚濃湯真係濃湯唔係得個講字,一開蓋陣魚味已經湧出嚟,飲落亦感覺到成條魚嘅濃縮精華煲哂出嚟;宮崎和牛壽喜燒小鍋,最愛壽喜燒甜甜嘅味道,牛肉都索盡湯汁令牛味中都帶甜,仲有啲疑似蒟蒻芋絲腍得嚟又彈牙,好食!
