To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

宜家家俬可算是平民的天堂，放假時可一邊看家俱一邊打發時間，又常常可以買到便宜貨，最後還可以到餐廳以低價享用美味的平民西餐，一舉N得。肉丸是宜家的招牌菜，這裡的肉丸告訴我，原來果醬不只用來塗面包，塗在肉丸上還別有一番風味，超好吃。 之前肉丸總是配薯仔，這次換了意大利麵，味道有點淡，還是薯仔比較好。羊架應該是道新菜式，3塊羊架才幾十塊錢，難怪在場差不多每一桌都要了一客。 食物的質素沒有因為價錢低而出現偏差，肉質嫩嫩的沒有難嚼的筋，而且也沒有overcooked或undercooked的跡象，恰到好處。甜品選了蘋果批，餐廳內還有微波爐讓人加熱，十分貼心。 翻熱過的蘋果批就像新鮮出爐一樣，暖意洋溢，微甜的蘋果加上肉桂的味道，是一道不錯的甜品呢。
