今日去咗這間餐廳食打邊爐,因為喺大陸有好多呢啲餐廳,但係香港又好少,所以試吓香港嘅特色同大陸有冇分別。我哋點咗兩隻唔同嘅牛肉,都係按照潮州嘅稱呼有唔同嘅部位。佢哋嘅清湯就真係好大浸牛肉味,一睇就知係用牛骨淆咗好耐。有好好食嘅吊龍,牛頸脊,放入去火鍋入邊大概20秒都唔使,少少紅就係最滑最嫩口嘅時候。另外佢哋啲醬料亦都係跟足傳統,包括芝麻醬,豉油同埋蒜頭等等。What a good eating experience!
