復活節假期開始,想搵好野食享受一下,朋友一早搵了這間在西灣河碼頭的一間食日本串燒店。入到去算寬闊,又可以望住個海,感覺舒服良好。首先叫左燒明太子,有青瓜伴碟上,唔錯。之後以串燒為主-燒京都娟豆腐,外脆內軟。燒A4和牛,可以,期待再好啲。燒栗米我至愛,食材很鮮,又香口,師父加左鹽(少量)吊味,好正。燒紫蘇葉免治雞肉棒,攪勻隻蛋點汁,雖然我對紫蘇葉一般,但都好好味,出色。燒牛舌,必食之一,有咬口,燒得恰到好處,推介燒廣島蠔,這個真的不得了,要讚師父有水準有心機有耐性,除左燒的時間準,沒有過火,又要燒到蠔剛好收左身,鎖咗水份。難道極之高,本身食材也是很好,加點鹽吊吊味,我無野想講,再黎多幾份啦,唔該必食還有叫左燒雞翼,香菇等等,同樣係好好味,最後叫左鍋燒烏冬埋尾臨走前再叫左叫左芝士年糕當甜品。都係必食。大滿足,食到串燒師父的心機更加係食客的口福,侍應同樣也很招呼周全,謝謝🙏🏻
