上上吓網突然見到有個廣告影片介紹呢間泰夯蝦~睇片見到係自己捉蝦自己燒~即刻好想去試一試~即刻就book咗位~但book完先發現店舖喺元朗新田~我唔係揸車人士.....對於呢個地點真係有點兒卻步~不過店舖都好細心~有100 蚊的士錢claim返~由元朗西鐵站搭的士過去大約七十零蚊度~Book咗18:00,點知朋友遲咗放工~18:20先到,好幸運咁都仲安排到比我哋入座~環境都幾大,有分室內同戶外~我哋咁怕熱,緊係揀室內啦,冷氣都夠涼~坐底後,店員教我哋要用夾捉蝦~捉到之後將蝦放落冰水大約20秒,之後夾返上嚟剪晒啲蝦腳~再放落啲鹽度,沾滿鹽之後就放上爐燒,燒到變色就反~成個過程都好忙蝦唔太大隻但勝在夠生猛,唔係咁易捉架,仲生猛到明明捉到都彈返落水~啲水仲會彈到人添所以我都係咁同人講唔好意思除咗蝦任食~其實出面仲有其他嘢食~有雞翼、腸仔、豬頸肉等等...熟食有薯格、炸薯餅、薯條、芝士餅等等...仲可以自己整返個冬陰公湯米粉又得~佢啲牛丸墨丸都唔錯架~朋友仲話個冬陰公湯值得一讚喎~嘢飲都係任飲(不過椰青要比錢買)店員仲會周不時拎住啲花蛤比我哋燒好忙碌嘅一餐~但又好好玩~不過2個鐘真係好趕,如果時
