To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鍾意食鹼蛋黃嘅我，上網見到呢間有流心黃金西多士當然唔放過，專程黎潮聖一下落左單等左10分鐘左右啲野食就上黎啦，即刻切開份多士試試，係流心既，但就唔係爆出黎，無我想像咁多咁香，不過勝在西多本身都炸得幾好，外層香脆。之後試埋個蝦多士，估唔到佢咁厚，外層真係好脆，欣賞佢芝麻夠多又夠好香，入面蝦滑彈牙，份量好足，由於食lunch 無耐又再食，真係食唔曬最後黎個黑松露灌湯餃，黑松露味幾出，鍾意佢連大大碗湯一齊上，唔洗驚穿左漏曬啲汁，隻灌湯餃都幾大粒，要分開幾啖食，好彩有咁大碗汁，真係啖咪都好juicy 總結：食物質素ok,份量十足，要留肚過黎食
