To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港茶餐厅吃过这么多家，克街的华星冰室绝对算得上非常棒的。餐厅的位置还是蛮好找的，晚上十点多来的时候人不多，第一印象就是服务员的态度都非常好，这在香港中低消费的饭店里尤为难得。。要的常餐，炒蛋多士陪意粉。小食点的猪扒包，味道真不错。下次要他家的招牌黑松露试试。炒蛋多士，三明治，意粉一干主菜味道也都很好。让人挑不出什么毛病。整个餐厅的装修风格蛮平民，街头风的。卫生也保持的不错。一直觉得茶餐厅是不能打五星的，华星是例外吧。

香港茶餐厅吃过这么多家，克街的华星冰室绝对算得上非常棒的。餐厅的位置还是蛮好找的，晚上十点多来的时候人不多，第一印象就是服务员的态度都非常好，这在香港中低消费的饭店里尤为难得。。
